Seagrape Seafood Market
The Seagrape Seafood Market is a community-based, boutique seafood market and café. It is the only seafood market in Palmetto providing both fresh seafood, deli products and lunch service. Founded in 2015 by Helen Dixon, a marine biologist and Ted Pasquantonio, a well-known local chef, the Seagrape is truly a local “mom & pop” operation that proudly serves the community, visitors and tourists with the freshest food and warmest welcome.
Passion and Love for the Seafood
Whether it be gulf grouper, shrimp, snapper, or Atlantic triple tail , corvina, swordfish; or Key West lobsters, Cedar Key clams, or Apalachicola Bay oysters; or PEI mussels, Scottish Salmon, Alaskan Halibut, or Cape Cod Scallops are sourced according to sustainable fishery and aquaculture practices. All our café food are our “signature” dishes such as our Black Grouper Rueben, Maryland Crab Cakes, Seagrape Rueben, Ahi Tuna BLT; soups and salads are made-to-order with fresh, quality products. Our products and the food service we provide is with the utmost pride, passion and love we have for family, community and seafood.
